1. Returns and Exchanges 1.1. We accept returns and exchanges within ten days of the purchase date. 1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@ja6studios.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 2.2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Refunds 3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven business days.
4. Exchanges 4.1. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Return Shipping 5.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. 5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
